The founder of Cerrado Nutrição Animal, Mr. Antonio Pedroso, will continue to play an important role in the further expansion of the company. The acquisition of a pig feed company in 2012, was the starting point for the activities of De Heus in Brazil. This was followed by the acquisition of a feed factory in Apucarana, opening the dairy cattle market and the opening of a greenfield factory for the production of an exclusive nutritional supplement, called MUB - which positioned De Heus as an innovative company in the beef cattle market. In 2017, the construction of a dedicated feed factory for young animals in Toledo was completed, with a focus on piglets and one-day-old chickens.
Today, De Heus Brazil offers a complete range of nutritional products for multiple animal categories, including pigs, cattle (beef and milk), poultry, pets and aquaculture.
